Crisis control - thanks!

Karri Marshall (LPL) and Margaret Winstead (TS) fixed a problem created by a Horizon batch transaction gone bad. In attempting to extend a due date beyond the holidays for Bookmobile users, we accidentally entered the new due date as January 2009 instead of 2010. This resulted in incorrect overdue blocks and fines related to over 500 items. I called Karri and she knew exactly what to do to fix these in a hurry. She explained the process to Margaret, who quickly completed the fix. Thanks very much to both of you!

Also, Ben Lathrop (OXB) saved me a trip to OXB after a power outage by working with me over the phone to fix a problem with an important printer in Circ. Thanks Ben!
