Lane Libraries Staff Site

I saw a friend of mine at the grocery store and he said that he wanted to be sure to tell me what a great job the library staff does at every location.  He said that, even in the tough times that the staff went through,  everyone is still giving good customer service.  (And I couldn't agree with him more!)  After we said our goodbyes, he made a point of finding me again to tell me what a terrific job Katrina Bate does in helping people with e-books.  He stated that she is patient, even with people who don't have a clue about how things work.
